Kristen Pugliese is Vice President of Accounting at Lockheed Martin. She brings more than 20 years of experience from Ernst & Young, where she served as an audit partner advising leading aerospace and defense companies.

In her role, Kristen is responsible for enterprise-wide accounting, including external reporting, technical accounting, accounting policy, and internal controls. She oversees the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of the company’s financial statements, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and evolving standards. She also leads critical initiatives to modernize accounting processes, strengthen governance, and enhance the efficiency and scalability of the global accounting function.

Kristen is recognized for her ability to translate complex accounting issues into clear business insights, partner with senior leadership, and build high-performing teams that deliver disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
