Vice President, Skunk Works® Dynamic Targeting and Surveillance Systems
Justin Taylor is Vice President of the Skunk Works® Dynamic Targeting and Surveillance Systems portfolio for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. Previously, Mr. Taylor was Vice President of the F-22 Program, with primary leadership for all aspects of the program including modernization, sustainment, and integration.
Prior to leading F-22, he served as Vice President of Artificial Intelligence within Lockheed Martin Corporate Engineering & Technology, responsible for driving Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) as an engineering discipline, coordinating the Corporation’s AI/ML technology strategy, and leading the LM AI Center (LAIC).
Mr. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas and is a graduate of LM’s Advanced Technology Leadership Program (ATLP), LM’s Program Management Development Program (PMDP), and the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Program Management Training (PMT-4010). He serves on the University of Texas Computer Science (UTCS) Advisory Council and on the board of directors for Astris AI.
