Johnathon Caldwell is the Vice President and General Manager of Strategic & Missile Defense Systems at Lockheed Martin Space. He leads a team of over 7,500 employees around the world responsible for critical National Defense missions including strategic deterrence, missile defense, directed energy and hypersonic strike for the U.S., U.K. and Allies.

With nearly 30 years of industry experience, Johnathon has served in various executive roles, including Deputy General Manager of National Security Space, General Manager of Military Space, and Vice President of IT, Cyber, and Digital Transformation. He has delivered defense solutions and commercial capabilities in some of the world's most demanding environments.

Johnathon serves on the U.S. President’s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee, the Board of Directors of LMUK Strategic Systems and Astris AI, and the Board of Trustees of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), where he is an Associate Fellow. He is a member of the Engineering Advisory Council at his alma mater at the University of Colorado at Boulder, and is a two-time recipient of the Lockheed Martin Corporate NOVA Award. He lives in the Denver Metro Area with his wife and children.
